Do like to work with fabrics, yarns, or thread? Do you make your own designs or do you find designs that you like to replicate? Have you ever thought about learning to do one of these things but never have and don't know where to start?

If you enjoy crocheting, knitting, sewing, crosstictch, quilting, needlepoint, or similar activities, won't you share? It would be great for the rest of us to get ideas from you!

If you've never tried it and/or don't know how to start, post your questions below and those that are already "pros" can give you suggestions and encouragement.

I know one woman who made a "memory quilt" by having friends and family each design a square for her loved one and she then sewed it all together! Projects you share CAN be related to remembrance, but certainly do not have to be. We'd love to share in your creations regardless of their purpose!

Create your own cross stitch from a photo:

This would be a great way to remember your loved one. Cross stitch a picture of their portrait, a scene of a place you went together, a favorite item they owned...something that reminds you of a precious moment together...
